Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center
The Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center provides health care in a culturally competent manner with special attention toward migrant farm workers and others struggling to receive care such as uninsured/underinsured individuals. There are 4 different Virginia Garcia clinics in the Portland-metro area, as well as a Mobile Medical Unit, a dental clinic, a vision clinic, and a pharmacy.

- A. 100% FPL = highest possible discount on services

- D. 200-250% = lowest discount
- Proof of income is needed to receive a discount for services
