October 2022

Thursday, October 27, 2022

We have seen extreme heat, hotter and larger wildfires, intense winter storms, and drought conditions that are getting worse throughout the state. We also live with the threat of a 9.0 magnitude earthquake and its accompanying tsunami, as well as active shooter threats, extended power outages, and civil disturbances.

There are so many things that we need to be prepared for so we wanted to make sure that we can provide the resources to prepare and protect your family and community.

In October it is the perfect time to start getting ready for winter weather in Oregon. In Portland we see rain that can cause flooding, snow that can cause transportation problems, and ice that stop everything from happening.
