Health Services for Children

Children’s Community Clinic also has two specialty clinics: Asthma/Allergy care and Young Adult health care.
During this challenging and constantly changing time, CCC is seeing some patients in person. CCC continues to support our patients and family via TeleMedicine services at 503-284-5239.
Provides primary health care to children and young adults ages 0 - 21 years, with or without insurance. Accepts OHP, CareOregon, and most private insurance; does not accept Open Card (DMap). For uninsured, flat fee of $125 for initial visit, $50 follow up. OHP enrollment application available on site.

The Richmond clinic is a Federally Qualified Health Center. The clinic welcomes and treats all southeast Portland residents, regardless of their ability to pay, insurance, income, background and preferred language. OHSU Richmond Clinic respects all patients’ beliefs, values and cultural needs.
Health care for the whole family, gender-affirming primary care, behavioral health/mental health and wellness. The clinic treats babies, children, teens, adults (including moms-to-be) and seniors. Same day appointments available. Accepts OHP and most private insurance. Provides services to uninsured/under-insured and if a patient qualifies for state/federal medical assistance, OHSU will help patients apply for aid. Medicaid specialist on site.

Shelter-Based Clinics : Hansen Clinic at the Banfield Motel Shelter
The Hansen Clinic provides supportive primary care for the 60 CCC clients staying at the Banfield shelter. We help clients manage their health, avoid emergency room visits and access primary care.

Accepts OHP (including CareOregon, Trillum OMAP and other Medicaid), Medicare, self-pay, and some private insurance. Sliding fee scale available for those that qualify. Provides services to uninsured - no patient will be turned away for lack of insurance/inability to pay. Don’t have insurance? Central City Concern can help you sign up for Oregon Health Plan (OHP) coverage on site!

Provides basic primary care services and helps patients manage health issues. Services include gynecologic examinations, treatment for minor illnesses and injuries, immunizations and ongoing care for chronic health problems like diabetes and high blood pressure.
Laboratory testing and medications are provided off-site; Emergency room and hospital care is provided through an agreement with Legacy Emanuel Hospital.
