Meet Our Community Health Network
Community Health Centers are integral to the local community, providing holistic, patient-centered, and culturally and linguistically responsive care regardless of the patient’s ability to pay. Our “safety-net” clinics offer health care opportunities to communities facing barriers like lack of coverage, geographic isolation, language and culture, mental illness, and houselessness.
Community health centers:
- Provide primary care services like checkups, physicals, vaccines, help when you’re sick, health screenings, and more.
- Often offer supportive services like health education and interpretation services
- Adjust the costs of services based on an individual’s ability to pay.
Frequently, community health centers also offer one-stop wrap-around services such as pharmacies, dental care, behavioral health (therapy and counseling), substance use treatment, health-related social services, and more.
