The Coalition of Community Health Clinics (CCHC) is a network of safety-net clinics working together to make health equity a reality across Oregon. As a member, your clinic becomes part of a powerful collective committed to removing barriers to care, supporting underserved communities, and amplifying the voices of frontline providers.

We welcome Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), community-sponsored clinics, community-based clinics, and educational health institutions that offer direct care and share our commitment to equity.

Why Join CCHC?

Your clinic is doing essential work. We’re here to help you do even more. When you join CCHC, you gain access to:

  • Advocacy. Have your voice represented in policy decisions that impact your clinic and the communities you serve. As a member, your needs and perspectives will help shape statewide health equity efforts.
  • Learning Collaborative. Participate in a vibrant learning collaborative where clinics share collective expertise and information, and access ongoing training to deliver high-quality, responsive care and advance health equity.
  • Emergency Preparedness. Be part of a network of clinics working in partnership with hospitals and public emergency management to prepare for, respond to, and recover from emergencies with training, technical assistance, and real-time support from CCHC.
  • Social Service Referrals. Refer your patients to CCHC for one-on-one support from certified community health workers to meet their health, living, housing, or other health-related service needs so they can achieve their goals.
  • REALD/SOGI Data Training. Receive training, tools, and technical assistance to improve inclusive data collection, advance health equity, to strengthen culturally responsive care.
  • Tobacco Prevention. Receive commercial tobacco prevention training, resource provision, and partnerships to address the root causes of commercial tobacco use.
  • Resources. Connect to diverse resources for health equity, emergency preparedness, tobacco prevention, and more.
