Manage Your Stress with Meditation
Meditation can be an excellent way to reduce stress if you are feeling anxious or worried. It is free and you can do it anywhere - on the bus, in your home, or even at work. Chronic stress (stress that you experience on a daily basis) can have negative effects on your health. Finding ways to calm your mind, even for a few minutes a day, can help you feel more centered.
