The Oregon Health Plan (OHP) is open to all children and teens younger than 19, regardless of immigration status.
OHP is free health coverage for people who live in Oregon and who meet income and other criteria. It covers the health care services children and teens need to thrive such as check-ups, vaccinations, mental health care, glasses, tooth fillings and prescriptions. It also covers labs, x-rays and hospital care. It even pays for rides to and from medical appointments. Apply today to see if your children, teens and/or family qualifies.

El Plan de Salud de Oregón (OHP por sus siglas en inglés) está disponible para todos los niños y adolescentes menores de 19 años sin importar su estatus migratorio que cumplan con los requisitos de ingreso entre otro criterio. Esto incluye a los niños y adolescentes: • Con Acción Diferida para los Llegados en la Infancia (DACA por sus siglas en inglés) y aquellos que anteriormente solo eran elegibles para OHP de emergencia (CAWEM por sus siglas en inglés) y • Que viven en familias que ganan hasta el 305% del nivel federal de pobreza. Por ejemplo, en 2019, los niños y adolescentes que viven en una familia de cuatro personas que ganan hasta $6,545 al mes califican.
OHP es una cobertura de salud gratuita que cubre los servicios de atención médica que los niños y adolescentes necesitan para prosperar, incluyendo, pero no limitado a: chequeos médicos, vacunas, atención de salud mental, empastes dentales, anteojos y recetas médicas. También cubre exámenes de laboratorio, radiografías y atención hospitalaria. Incluso paga para transporte a citas de cuidado de salud. Hay socios comunitarios locales certificados por OHP y de confianza que pueden ayudar a los niños, adolescentes y sus familias con el proceso de aplicar e inscribir. También pueden ayudar con la navegación del sistema de salud, como ayudar a las personas a acceder a los servicios a través de su Organización de Atención Coordinada (CCO por sus siglas en inglés) local.
