Community Health Worker/Outreach and Enrollment Specialist

Starting Hourly Wage: $22.00-24.00 per hour (DOE), non-exempt

FTE: 1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week, with some evenings and weekends required

Benefits: Full benefits with employer-paid medical, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability benefits; employer IRA contribution; paid sick, vacation, and holiday, including Dec 25-Jan 1 off.

About the Position

The Coalition of Community Health Clinics (CCHC) is hiring a Spanish-speaking Community Health Worker/Outreach and Enrollment Specialist to join our diverse and growing team. We are seeking a team member who is passionate and self-motivated to work with our partners in Washington County and reach out to assist our Spanish-speaking communities with OHP enrollment and health services navigation. This position will work in person at walk-up clinics or community outreach events, but not limited to safety-net clinics, shelters/missions, health fairs, employment offices, DHS offices, and incarceration facilities. This position is housed at CCHC and will be part of Care Oregon’s member engagement team.
